Dheeraj Gupta is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm’s New Delhi office, where he leads the Litigation and Advisory Practice. Additionally, he oversees the management of the firm’s relationships with its partners and clients.

He is a seasoned lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in representing clients in litigation and arbitration. His expertise lies in civil, commercial and corporate litigation. Dheeraj has and continues to represent clients in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts in Delhi, Mumbai, Punjab & Haryana, Investigation Agencies, arbitral tribunals and other Tribunals / Forums / Authorities.
